Team Move's Senior FIT program is specifically designed for ages 65 years old and up. Our main objective of this program is to make you feel comfortable, and to give you the knowledge and guidance to safely get to your goals. This program was created with every day movements in mind. Whether you're working out in the garden, or doing chores around the house.
We factor in all that you do, and create a program that relates to your lifestyle.
We use functional exercises and movements to strengthen your body, and to make every day chores easier to perform. We also incorporate balance, coordination, and fall prevention education into our sessions. All individual sessions are personable, and done in a non intimidating environment working one on one with a Trainer. Let us help you be the best that you can be in your life.
